By making a reservation with our establishment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of the following booking policy:

• Non-refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, the client must pay a non-refundable deposit of €25. This deposit guarantees the availability of the reserved services for the specified dates.

• Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Cancellation can be made by contacting us.

• Date changes: Date changes are subject to availability at our establishment. Any date changes must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled arrival date.

• No-show: In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Payment of the balance: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service.

By accepting this booking policy, the customer acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the deposit and agrees to abide by the conditions set out above.
